A Very Vogue Alice in Wonderland

by Kristina on March 28, 2010

Exquisite, and perhaps my favorite Vogue feature of all time. I love all of the soft ruffles everywhere. Alice always seems to be either overwhelmed by or overwhelming her dress, either because she is too large (that darn “eat me” candy) or because the dress is so huge. Love it.

Way ahead of the Alice in Wonderland curve, Vogue Magazine and legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz crafted this masterful display of eye candy.

In 2003.

I love all the photo’s in this shoot. Favorite might be the deep blue one from photo #3, where she looks larger. It’s a great color, and love the detailing on it.
