I've already worn this locket once before on PSS (and many other times in between) but I have come to the conclusion that the necklace needs to be renamed the "Chains of Love Locket". With a heart locket and a cute little handcuff detail that I'm trying to show you in the pic above, it begs a punny name. Hear that, Jenny Dayco? ;-)

This pleated skirt I actually got at Urban Outfitters for only $10 on sale. I think it's so pretty! It is actually banded by a black grosgrain ribbon, but I much preferred to belt it with my rustic white belt since it matched better with the cream/beige and soft green tones I already had going on.
