1/2 c honey
1/2 c light brown sugar, packed
1/4 c soy sauce
5 fresh rosemary sprigs
5 garlic cloves, halved
10-12 chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 c chopped flat leaf parsley leaves
