Sunday Best

Two Tone Lace Dress by London Times | Zara clutch (old) | Watch – Tag Heuer | Rings – catbird nyc | Shoes by Zigi Girl (no longer available) | Belt – Forever 21 (old)

We all have heard about The Statement Necklace–but isn’t it time we made a statement with the actual clothes on our backs? Since when do accessories get to have all the fun?

I especially love incorporating more than one trend in a piece that is still utterly wearable, that makes a statement, but doesn’t scream it. That can be so hard to balance with spring trends, sometimes, especially with all the color. That’s why I love this dress by London Times so much – it incorporates my favorite colors to colorblock (orange and hot pink), and makes it totally wearable by incorporating it into a lace-style overlay design. And I love the surprise back. That way, I know I’m making just as much of a statement when exiting, as I am when entering.

Pop over to check out more of these chic little dresses by London Times – I definitely consider this Resort 2013 collection to be utterly versatile. Can’t you just see these dresses being appropriate for work, brunch, weddings, houses of worship?

Oh, and isn’t my mother’s puppy so friggin’ CUTE?!

This post was brought to you by PSS in partnership with London Times. Check out London Times, and their Twitter & Facebook.

Tomorrow marks one year closer to my thirtieth decade. What should HB and I do to celebrate (without spending a lot of money)? We can’t seem to come up with any good ideas!

You look just like from the “Mad Man” series that I love. One of the reasons I love that show is fashion, looks. Is that doggy ever so cute or what?!

This is such a gorgeous dress! And you’re right, it makes just as much of a statement when you enter as when you exit! And these dresses are perfect for so many occasions I love London Times dresses for this exact reason! I can wear them to work with the right thing, but still have some fun with what I’m wearing, pattern, color and texture wise :) Also, dying over those heels!

I think you should go for a picnic in a park! That would be great quality time and it definitely won’t cost much.
I absolutely love your dress, I have really been loving statement backs. The colour looks really amazing on you. And those rings are the cutest!
I love the last picture of your dog, as well. So cute!

You look so adorable in that dress. And I loooove this haircut, you look fabulous lady. And your wedding rings are gorge I still cannot get over how pretty they are. Maybe you guys could go to a french restaurant and have a 6 course meal, or find out about some live shows they have going on in your area.

If there is one thing I love about all your outfits, it’s that you always find a way to incorporate some GREAT shows. Those things are amazing! The pattern and color of the dress are so pretty, like the title states, this really is the perfect “Sunday outfit”! The matching belt and handbag are the perfect way to add a touch of your own personality. What a great outfit!

Who is that sweet little pup?! Is that a 30th bday present? Happy early birthday, love! I did a skydive for my 30th. I didn’t want to, but after I did it, I was so glad. It was INCREDIBLE!

Of course, you look lovely. Such a ladylike look.

Picnic by the waterfront/or in a beautiful park. Bed and breakfast in a sleepy village. Drive to a small town and eat your way through it while browsing antique shops.

Is this your mom’s puppy? I don’t think I missed a post about you getting a new dog…
